Rated 5 out of 5 by from Consistent, excellent product! Grteeat savings from buying from Bona and remove the labor of traveling to Home Depot and Lowes. sometimes they do not carry all the products we need for our floor. We reduced our carbon footprint.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Merchandise was damaged No care was given for the merchandise when they were packed. It looks like they were just threw in. The wet pads seal collapsed Which caused it to leak the contents into the box due to improper packing. Very disappointed!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Warning to users with high-gloss HW floors I just want to echo what a few other reviewers mentioned about the Free & Simple formula. Like many, I am a devoted Bona user and have been for a dozen years. I have high-gloss floors, and the cleaner and polish have always worked like a charm. However, I made the mistake of picking up the Free & Simple formula at my local Ace Hardware, and it has left my floors with a dull and kind of sticky residue. No doubt my floors are still getting clean, and this produce may work well for low-gloss floors, but based on my experience, I would not recommend for those who have floors with some shine.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works, But That Smell...! We've had the cartridge for a while, but I am just now getting around to reviewing it. It cleans the floor, but it smells like puke. I like the fact that it doesn't have perfumes or dyes, but I will have to go back to the regular when this runs out, because mopping our whole floor leaves that nauseating smell.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what I expected I have used Bona wood floor cleaner and polish for about 5 years now since we installed our wood floor and love both products. This time I purchased the Free & Simple floor cleaner and now wished I had not. It was so difficult to push the mop across the floor it seemed to stick and took a lot more effort. I expected it to be similar to the other. I purchased the 160 oz and now it will take me forever to use it all and it was not cheap. I wish I had stuck with the original. I don't care to work that hard to clean my floors. I have to say the floor looks just as good though. I just don't like it.
