Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product. Bought this and it does a great job on my new tile/stone floors. Tried to refill the bottle and had to call Bona. The top has to be pushed down on like a medicine bottle and then turned halfway. Works fine just hard to push down on.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cannot refill "Easy Refill" bottle"! When "Easy Refill" bottle was empty, I tried to refill it PER THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE "Easy Refill" BOTTLE and wasted an entire bottle of the concentrate. The refill bottle now has an inside plastic bag that deflates and causes a vacuum when liquid is used up. There is no way to refill it. I pierced a tiny pin hole in the plastic to eliminate the vacuum and managed to refill it, but it all leaked out. Why would it leak out when the mop was not used?? $20 down the drain (full bottle and small bottle of concentrate to refill). No more Bona for me!
